Warranty policy

Scope of warranty

SeSolution warrants that electrical work performed by us will be free from defects in workmanship for the warranty period stated in your quote or contract, and in any case for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion of the work.

Where we supply materials or equipment, we pass on the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. For parts we supply, we will remedy defects in accordance with this policy and with any applicable consumer law.

What is covered

  • Defects in labour and installation work carried out by SeSolution.
  • Failure of supplied parts or equipment due to defective installation (within the warranty period).
  • Rectification of work that does not meet the agreed specification or applicable standards.

What is not covered

  • Damage or failure caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or force majeure (e.g. flooding, fire, lightning).
  • Parts or equipment not supplied or installed by us, or failure of such items.
  • Normal wear and tear or items with a defined lifespan (e.g. lamps) beyond their expected life.

Making a claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your name, address, date of the original work, and a short description of the issue. We will arrange an inspection. If the claim is accepted, we will carry out the necessary remedial work at no extra charge within the terms of this policy.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
