Residential solar PV and battery storage
Client: Private client (Michigan)
We designed and installed a turnkey solar and storage system for a family home in Michigan. The system includes:
• 6 kWp rooftop solar panels (east-west layout for all-day production)
• Hybrid inverter with battery management
• 10 kWh lithium battery for evening use and backup
• Smart meter and monitoring app
The household now covers most of its consumption from solar and uses the battery to shift demand away from peak grid hours. Any surplus is fed back to the grid under the local scheme.
