Hotel lobby and facade lighting
Client: Coastal View Hotel
Coastal View Hotel wanted a distinctive night-time presence and a welcoming lobby. We supplied and installed:
• Recessed and feature lighting in the lobby and reception area
• RGB LED strips for the facade with simple scene control
• Pathway and entrance lighting with timers and photocell
• All circuits on DALI for easy dimming and future changes
The lighting can be adjusted for different seasons and events, and energy use is monitored via the hotel's BMS.
