Client: City Mall Management
City Mall Management required a full fire safety upgrade to meet current regulations and improve evacuation safety. We installed:
• Addressable fire detection system with smoke and heat detectors across all zones
• Manual call points and sounders with clear evacuation signalling
• Emergency lighting (maintained and non-maintained) along escape routes and in common areas
• Integration with the building's BMS and central monitoring
• Certification and handover documentation for the authorities
The system is regularly tested and maintained under a service contract.
